HAVA, a Kerry Properties (0683) development in Yuen Long, may unveil its first price list involving 120 flats next week, as local developers race to launch new projects.

Kerry Properties also mentioned that the HAVA show flat could be opened to the public as soon as next week.

The developer earlier revealed intentions to launch five projects this year, offering around 4,200 units in total.
