State Pavilia, the high-end residential project within New World Development's (0017) redevelopment of the historic State Theatre in North Point, has disclosed its second price list to offer 55 units and raised its average discounted price by 2.47 percent to HK$18,998 per square foot.

The newly launched units include 44 two-bedroom apartments and 11 one-bedroom apartments, most of which are on mid-to-high floors.

Additionally, the project received over 1,500 registrations on its first day, exceeding the initial 88 units in the first price list by more than 16 times.
