HAVA, a Kerry Properties (0683) development in Yuen Long, is expected to soon see its price list released and show flats opened up as the company targets a sales launch by this month.

Pricing will reference properties in Yuen Long and along MTR lines, with Kerry Properties expecting the first price list to be attractive.

The company also said it would be launching five projects this year, offering around 4,200 units.
